Apple already has upto 60% inflated prices in India for their iPhone Pro models.

Is Apple drumming up this ₹9950 on last year's outdated model as if doing us Indians a big favour?

Smart Indians import or get their iPhones at US prices from their US friends/relatives and ask them to fill a form at the US airports to claim back any taxes.

Rn a 14 Plus in India is cheaper than that in the US even without the AirPods discount in Flipkart(owned by Walmart now) which is like well trusted and the Amazon equivalent in India. 720$ here unlocked vs 890$ish incl tax in the US. An anomaly compared to how the 15 Pro is like 999$ + tax in the US and like 1600$ in India. Mostly why Apple is introducing this offer in their official store.

Engraving your apple devices demolishes their resale value. Avoid it, at all cost ?
